On 22nd of October 2013, we went to visit the school and try to discuss and explain about our project to the Senior Assistant Student Affairs, Puan Sharifah Masiam Taha. After the explanation about the project, finally Puan Sharifah agree to let us to proceed with the project and also set the date on 11th of November 2013.

After we have gain the permission from the school management, we discuss on the task and event that will be conducted on that date. After the third meeting, we have decided to perform several event for the students. Below are lists of the events:-

1) Give Speech about cleanliness via slideshow and couple of video about important of cleanliness.
2) Give the students about 3 set of puzzles regarding cleanliness to be completed.
3) Give 2 set of papers contains cartoon which have to be colored.
4) Give 2 set of maze to be solve by the students.
5) Ask the students to share their ideas about how to maintain cleanliness.

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. Earlier this semester, myself and my team members have been taken subject of Effective Communication which being conducted under PM DR. BERHANNUDDIN BIN MOHD SALLEH. We have been ask to complete a task which need us to indicate the problem faced by the community at Parit Raja, Batu Pahat, Johor Darul Takzim and try to help the community to solve it.

Our teams consist of 7 members and the picture below is our first meeting to identify as many as possible about the problem that live among the community at Parit Raja.

After we conduct the meeting, we manage to list down several problem that associated with community at Parit Raja. The list is as below :-

One week have pass, our team finally decide to choose one of the problem but surprisingly it is not listed in the picture above. It is about the cleanliness at school. Beside that, our team also in the process of designing out team logo and it will be publish sooner and hopefully it able to relate with out team vision.Our team have discuss further about the problem that being selected. It regarding on how we are going to accomplish it and below we include our project detail.


Details on our project:

1.      Project title : Pro cleaners

2.      Problem : Many schools at Parit Raja are not clean enough.

3.      Objectives:-

          a.       Share with students about the benefit of recycle usable thing like paper, plastic and glass.
          b.       Raise awareness on the effect of cleanliness to their environment, nature and their future.

Now our team are on the way to choose one school at Parit Raja and our team sponsor to enable the project to begin.
